I already msgd some advice to you last night when the posts saying Harley was lost first went up.
I have sent you some Doglost advice which should help with your search.
Please get as many posters printed and put up all around Bexhill and surrounding area as this will be the best way for you to get sightings of Harley. (You can print them direct from his poster page)
You can also Tweet from this page.
He is on Bexhill Dog Lovers page and many others. There were searches done last night by the lovely people of Bexhill but no sign of him.
