Hi everyone at Dl just spoken to my Nephew he has spoken to the people in green lane at Rosehill they say it is the daughters dog and not like pip dont know what to feel at the moment guess i was hoping for an end back to postering as normal the son who knows PIP was sure of this and as there is no proof what else is there

last media cover was in local post only a picture of mum and Pips sister Jess we did get a call from Ashstead but sadly not Pip this is the only bit cover we have mum went to Battersea today but no luck

have postered at rosehill park and Green lanes by nursary entrance also down the middle of green lanes areas this is a dog walking area also love lane down to dog walking area in the park near dog bins and in dog area some posters are abit naff but i am going to reposter and some near the house we are watching have been torn off

Still keeping an eye on the site inRosehill green lanes area I have seen the the people when I was going with my daughter to the school they were walking up from the tesco on the by-passbut no sign of Pip still a bit of a waiting Game

Last night I went to Ashtead to check the recent sighting of Yiftaki. After showing the various photographs sadly it was not our boy. The lady had seen the recent article on Pip and was sure the unknown dog is similiar to Pip. Description small, black and pointed standing up ears and wearing a collar. The dog was very frightened and bolted. It was heading towards The Wells via the footpath. I do hope Pip is found very soon! I know how distressing it is...... I will keep my eye out for you.

Hi everyone at DL just to let you know no news as yet on PIP it was reported in the paper local post this week also Lucy at Battersea is using this as on Sunday they have a reunion and the press are going to be there hopefully this will all help to find Pip and other lost dogs that have not been found

Hi everyone at DL went to Rosehill and the large park also the one in green lanes did not see any sign of PIP or the person whom we believe has PIp the one in green lanes had no dogsin at all but my son said the area where they walk dogs is the end that comes onto love lane the end I went in only had an archery class going on think maybe it is going to take some time but will keep you all posted as an when anything happens

Hi Jayne and everyone just to say the person we think may have Pip was seen in coop we are going to be in that area and in the parks one of which is in green lanes my son tells me that it has two enteriesnot sure where that is could be garendon road Rosehill is a big area my neice said she thought she saw a dog like Pip in the big park up from angel hill going towards Rosehill went ther today with my grandchildren watched the large green areas while they were playing not many dogs out today

Rose-Hill is such a big area but also have the big common so make sure you poster over there lot of Estates to, and also it dose go in a lot of directions i,e, Sutton Morden Carlshalton, Collies wood and South Wimbledon, Good that there as been sighting Chris I'm sure you will get good results just keep up the good work.xxBarb

HI Jayne got a call from a lady in Kinswood today she thought she might sighted PIPdiscription wasnt her abit small am going to speak to her tomorrow sa it was loose with no coller she tried to catch it but in ran into a school thought i would ask the area it was seen as it might be as trayor a lost dog and then ring the dog warden to keep an eye out

Hi everyone thought I wuold let you know had a couple knock they thought they had alead on PIP the man works in the Chipstead area and some one over there found a dog about four weeks ago but it is a young dog a puppy and black white he said he had put posters out but knowone had come forward dont know if anyone out there has lost a dog Iam afraid I didnt find out where he lived

Sorry to hear that Chris, but if you hadn't followed it up you would never have known. It may be a good idea to concentrate locally once again? Is it worth doing a map of the common area and walking it a bit each day? Check out any watering holes etc. Horrible as it is, don't forget the stations who may suggest you contact the linesmen. I know you went earlier in the search to Sutton. It will be good to rule it out at least. Sue x

Hi Sue had a call from waddon about the dog sighted in area went over tonight after call and it was the other dog that keeps getting out the people keep thinking its pip as it is agood lookalike but alot younger and a full german sheppard i had word with owner because it is causing a lot of confusion not sure why as i have said pip is older and has alot of grey on face this one is black and brown beige legs .

Have you got posters up around local schools ? Would staff at schools put poster up somewhere inside ? and maybe tell children about Pips story and ask for their help in looking out for her. They can't all be as horrible as the kids that chased her away surely. It would seem likely that someone has taken her in by now don't you think ? Hope you will get some good news soon. sue have had a busy evening yesterday call from waddonDW about a dog they picked up in the park but was aboy dog ,then we got a call from a man in alton road waddon he thought he had pip but it was the dog that we had to eliminated when we first thought pip was in waddon ,have put advert in gardian will be in this week they have said they may contact me next week we have been to battersea and will keep going every week Sutton DW phoned adog was lying dead in a garden it was not pip we are still looking

Sorry there have been no more sightings. For some reason my internet wouldn't work since early Sunday morning and I was wondering all the time if there was news of Pip. I don't know this area very well, which park is it that she has been seen in ? looking on the map I can see a few green bits but they don't all have names.

Hi, to all Went all over park and around Waddon park avenue, Court crescent, The Ridgeway and across the other side of Alton Road, but no sign of poor Pip, and this was yeasterday when there was sightings of her and around the time of the boys chasing her, but i must have been the other side of the park. Only know as i spoke to owners sister at that time to let them know i was in the area, stayed for 1 and 1/2 hours walking all around and spoke to a few people around but no joy. Sorry i wasn'nt able to stay longer to meet up but had to leave at 6pm. Good luck for today, contact me anytime if i can help. p.x

Just had a thought did she have a favorite toy or if she like squeaky toys take one with you and squeak it every now and then also if you can find out when the other dogs are in the park what time they go to see if she is there also ask the person who as the dogs if they can help catch her.Barb

Hi just checking in this evening - put posters around belmont village, The Avenue i think The Crescent and a few roads around there yesterday but its seems there have been more sightings around Waddon, is there any further news there......i would be happy to help and look for sightings around the Alton road, just let me know. my mother went to the area at seven this morning but there has been no sign of the dog she has spoken to man who was walking his dogs but he siad the dog has not been around for two or three days but would try to get it and phone us he isgoingto keep looking for her ,have just had another call to say it has been seen running down waddon park road near mai road but it was two or three days ago

However, this area boundaries three council areas and I would recommend that, although I have emailed poster to other DW's, owner should ring regularly in case there is an oversight. That will be Epsom & Ewell and Reigate & Banstead. I do hope there is some sign soon. Pens if you could retrace that would be great, you may come across other dog walkers not already noticed the posters. If we also think along the line of Pip may have crossed the A217 and headed down toward Cuddington as JanS has suggested earlier. Not just the golf course but many homes surrounding the course also. If he is nervous though I would think he would be still in the vicinity of where he got scared or come back to it looking for owner. Alan I have sent you a PM. Sue x

pens @ 23:09 - 9/4/2007 Hi, so far there seems to be no news or sightings so perhaps it might be a good idea to go back to where she was lost and place posters more around the aurrounding areas - just an idea..i will poster along the woods around Belmont and the roads around the prison again, and will poster a round Banstead woods area, so at least if the roads nearby are postered more people may take notice of sightings, sounds or even someone locally looking after a new dog, anyway its just a thought. p. x

Take poster with you, they will recall your face with the poster should he show up there. He could be logged as a different breed type and slip through. Also visit the area he went missing from regularly and leave your scent (Take a bottle with you!). He may come back looking for you. I'm sure you have been advised on what to do in that respect, but if not pm me or one of the coordinators. Hope this weekend brings some sightings. Sue x

Hi have postered in Oaks Park but need to put a few more around area, along Woodmansterne Road, will do tomorrow when i can. Postered along by, turning of the prison and up opposite Marsden Hospital, also Banstead Road South, but all the roads around Belmont and Woodmansterne could do with posters as I only saw one and that was on the noticeboard by the bus turnaround opp. Belmont station, (have put another poster on other side so can be seen both sides). Ran out of posters but will print off some more tonight and do roads around Banstead etc. tomorrow. Good luck to Pip and owners, we are thinking of you, keep positive. x

Unless the ink cartridges I ordered arrive today I have only managed a few rather pasty posters ! Sounds as if there is going to be good coverage today. My first thought was Oaks park so if pens is covering there I may stick with my de-postering plans and try and have a walk/drive round this area later and see if there is anywhere I can think of still to do. The golf courses around this area are good places. I think there are three at least. Walton, Cuddington and ?, would it be Banstead ?
