- Other Info Possibly STOLEN. 7 YEARS OLD. ROXY was wearing a red harness and red lead. She is SPAYED. If she has been STOLEN we need to MAKE HER TOO HOT TO HANDLE. Please look out for her if FOUND she must be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)
