Was Teeba found?

I would imagine that the owner may not be monitoring this page as there have been no updates. It might be worth your while contacting them to ask the status of the poor dog.

Think email adresses count as sensitive personal information so owners email address should probably be removed unless she has given permission for it to be shared....

Have checked out the strayaid site and the dog in the pound in Blackhall isn't Teeba unfortunately....it is a much younger looking dog. Teeba's' owner was up at Whitby again on Saturday asking people and giving out the photos and info on her but has been unsuccessful yet again. Once again, thank you to everybody for your help, you are all stars...

Any news at all on Teeba ?

As there has been a sighting of Teeba, is it possible to use a trap in the area where she was sighted with the scent of the owner, and some food near the golf course where she was sighted? Hope, and pray she will b e reunitged soon.

Thankyou for the update Sue . I have bumped Teebas page up to the top and added a plea for anyone local to help her owner with searching or posrering. Do you know if he has checked again with the dog warden, holding kennels and all vets in the area ? Really hoping she is found soon
Sue
People in the area are very kindly still looking...her owner was up there yesterday and will be back there again tomorrow. Chip company has been informed of the change of address, photographs have been left with people in the area and an animal rescue in the area are doing all they can to help too....all this help is very much appreciated.
Hollieberry
Is there people in the area looking for Teeba ?

If owner has had to return home, are there still people in area looking for Teeba?
Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire
Thanks Julie B, I did advise her owner to contact the chipping company . Unfortunately he has had to return home due to work commitments so if he had a landline he will be able to check it for any messages . Last edited: 2015-08-11 19:19:21 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

It has probably already been done but thought i would mention it anyway .... if she is chipped have the chip company been contacted and given an alternative number .... as owner wont be at home to take call ? I hope she is found safe and well soon x

BUMPING Teebas page for the previously mentioned SIGHTING of her yesterday ( Sunday) on WHITBY GOLF COURSE.
Her owners have been checking with the Dog Warden , local holding kennels and some vets. I have advised that they try to get some posters up, contact the chipping company and also make sure all vets in the area are aware she is missing and that she is very elderly with poor hearing and sight
Hoping so much that Teeba is found very soon
mayjul
I hope you find her soon. Please remove chip number below from public view x

Her owner (my son) called at the Golf Club on Friday morning but he must have seen somebody who didn't know anything about her being seen. Last edited: 2015-08-10 20:24:25 by Gino

Sorry to see that TEEBA VERY ELDERLY DOG OWNER NOT LOCAL HELP NEEDED WITH SEARCHING AND POSTERING PLEASE is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (90520)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
