- Marks & Scars A body, small dog has been found at sandy bay Porthcawl near the lifeguard station. Unfortunately it must have been there for a while. There is some white fur leading the person who found it to think it might be a westie. BCBC has been contacted about it.

- The poor things body is in storage waiting for someone to claim it. No chip was found and if not claimed it will be buried in a pet cemetery.if you want to enquire about it you can get in touch with Bridgend county borough council, I think the number to phone about dead animals is 01656 643443.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
