- I double checked the markings on the found dog against Buddy - they do not match, found dog has a white marking up between his eyes but does not have the white marking over the back of his skull and found dog has no tan on his tail / back leg - very close body markings but not a match

- Yes I agree this must be buddy by his markings and he also has a green collar with paw prints.
