Please take a look at 100273 - unchipped male with docked tail, found (dumped?) near Salisbury. Now at Bath Cats & Dogs ref WC1513.

Did any of them have a largely white face and quite reddish brown and white? I was offered a puppy today by some gypsies who stopped me when I was out walking with my spaniel. This was in Leicestershire.

In response to Whippetmum's post, these types of Ads are just a con, payment up front and no puppy delievered or the actual phone calls cost a fortune, be carefull anyone who investigates these ads, trading standards may be interested in these ads. As always I shall keep my eyes peeled.

Sadly there has been no more news of the other 4 puppies who are thought to still be in the Poole/Bournemouth area.

Two of these puppies have now been traced and returned home. The other 6 are believed to be in the Poole area so please keep your eyes and ears open. If you think you know where they may be you can call Doglost in confidence, Crimestoppers or the owners. Let's hope they are all back ASAP.

Thank you whippetmum, have checked these out and unfortunatly not a match for the missing ones. The ones in the photos on the ad still have tails. Keep on looking though they are out there somewhere.

An advert has just been put up in the window of Hogshill stores, Beaminster, Dorset which is advertising a litter of English springer pups for sale on a Bridport number which will be ready in oct. The ad says they are microchipped, dew clawed and docked. It is probably a perfectly legit ad, but may be worth checking out anyway.

I have just spoken to the owners, police aware and CRN given. These puppies were taken from a secure kennel.
