- Thankyou Sable.....I have spoken to the dog's owner Tony (I am the breeder of three of them) he is not very good around the PC so asked me to try and do all I could here my end for him. The four dogs are all microchipped & the company notified, the local Guards (police) were notified immediately on the Fri after the break in & they have contacted all the other Guardai & have placed the dogs details onto their database too,the Guards also contacted all the docks just to make them aware of the situation in case they were taken over to England/Scotland/Wales etc & there has been an extensive search of the area done by both the guards & a lot of Tony's friends & neighbours, along with posters being put up anywhere & everywhere offering a reward for the safe return of the dogs with no questions asked & no repercussions. The local papers & radio stations have been notified & also I believe even further afield ones too,all the pounds & rescue centers have been contacted as well as the vet practices and Tony told me today that they even went around the local Gypsy camps to see if they could see anything or anyone had seen or heard anything there but....nothing! And there has been a non-stop search/searches going on since they were stolen. I just hope & pray that someone will see the posters & the reward & find it all too tempting. Poor Tony has'nt slept since Fri 7 is understandably totally devastated!

- Emailed advice for the stolen dogs.Sorry to hear that your dogs a have been stolen. Someone will try to make personal contact with you as soon as possible, to offer advice and help. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. As soon as a photo is added mailings will be sent out to all local helpers who will help in the search for your dog. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days if it has no identification (microchip or ID disk attached), so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
