Well, I don't know that we can take much of the credit, all we did was turn up and show willing. It's all something of a mystery. We are just glad that she is safely home, and it was good practice for Wispa.

Thank you for all your prayers and good thoughts. Milly is home! I went to her house this afternoon with my dog, who picked out her scent very quickly on the crisp snow and followed it along the path Milly had been seen to take. A short distance along the lane opposite, the trail vanished. After searching for a good while, we returned to the house. 5 mins after I left, Milly appeared outside the door, almost dry even though more heavy snow was now falling. There is no way that she has been out since yesterday. I doubt if she would have survived last night in the open due to her age and frailty. We are all over the moon that this girl is home.
