- When cats "Escape" like this they will usually find refuge in someone`s garden., So poster around that area, and post LOST CAT posters through doors too in the area he ran off, And at the same time take with you his UNWASHED blanket, and rattle some Dreamies And if you can take some warm chicken with you too.. Try a squeaky toy too as it may attract his attention. I would also wear the same deodorant say that you wear on a day to day basis as he will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts.
