Message from Fife Dog Rescue. ....
It is with much much sadness that Molly has been found but has passed over to Rainbow Bridge. She was found this morning by the water works guys in the Sewage tanks. We are all very devasted this morning but especially her foster mum Trish who work with and looked after Molly over the last few months.

Run free Molly, you poor poor girl who never had a chance in life until you met Trish. You will always be in our thoughts.

Our new garden area will be called Mollys garden in memory of Molly. Xx

Thanks BMC. Molly is a Romanian Rescue dog but has been in kennels and then in foster with a volunteer from Fife Dog Rescue for a month before she was rehomed.Therefore I think she is used to a built up area and has been seen around the houses where she went missing and around Vorlich Crescent and a local field in the evening.

Spent time searching, decided postering may be more productive. So going out to poster. Is the dog accustomed to being in town or would it he'd into woodland. Golf course is on opposite side of main road which was nose to tail all day Monday, so probably headed in other direction - who knows. Any information on habits would be helpful.

Checking the satellite view of Callander I can see there are several burns crossing Callander Golf Course, as well as the nearby river and falls. I have sent poster image to Callander Golf Club asking if they would be kind enough to share to their FB page and print for staff and members to see.
