- Councils can usually come to an arrangement with owners to pay instalments, however I am very pleased this has been sorted out and well done to the donor. Fees are becoming so expensive, which is very sad to see. Rach make sure Riz has a tag so you can be contacted directly, if it should ever happen again. Fingers crossed it won't. Welcome home Riz.
