Chipped to an address close to where he was found according to a couple of owners of missing Borders who have contacted.Hopefully will be claimed

Coco. Some chips are not registered. Some chips have wrong numbers. Some owners cannot be contacted. Look at how many dogs are not reunited even though they are chipped.
