Such fantastic news ! I was out last night when minigirl text me to say someone had liked with information about Dookies whereabouts. It was a very nail biting wait till I got another text to say he was definately safe ! Just so delighted and relieved for Dookies family and getting him back just has to be the very best Xmas present they could have. Massive thanks to South Yorkshire Police ! Welcome home gorgeous Dookie and please stay safe from how on x x

Thank you to the person who rang HQ with the information about where Dookie was.
Thank you to all the local helpers who have supported Dookie's family who have worked so hard to get this boy back home.
Huge thanks go to officers from South Yorkshire Police who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure Dookie's safety.

Telephoned for an update.
Owner is out postering around Sheffield.
Huge thanks to South Yorkshire Police who are being very helpful and supportive in the enquiry and to the Sheffield Star who are also going to run an appeal.
Hoping Dookie is home where he belongs very soon.
If found, he must be reported to the dog wardens, as is required by LAW or handed to a vets where he can be reunited via his MICROCHIP.
If anyone has any information on DOOKIE they can call DOGLOST anonymously on 0844 8003220.

bumping this to add ..dookies owner is working flat out to find her boy ..she has no car so travels daily by train into sheffield to search for him ..she is posting almost by the hour her progress in her search on sheffield forum to keep sheffielders up to date. SHE HAS HAD A CALL THIS MORNING FROM SOMEONE CALLED NICK WHO IS GOING TO RUN IT IN SHEFFIELD STAR NEWSPAPER ...fingers and paws crossed that dookie will be home soon. on behalf of dookies owner would like to say a big big thank you for all the help so far xxxx

Sorry Dookie is missing/stolen. Not a good ideaa to leave your pets outside shops unattended. You never know who is watching. Let`s make Dookie "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Paws, and fingers xd.

Dookie has been flagged up as STOLEN with the police and the Microchip company.
He has been reported missing to the dog warden services and surrounding dog wardens.
Have emphasised the importance of as many posters as possible.
Owners are also going to try for media appeals.
If found, he must be reported to the dog wardens, as is required by LAW or handed to a vets where he can be reunited via his MICROCHIP.

I have posted details on the Sheffield forum pet interest group to keep checking gumtree etc. Try and make him too hot to handle. Hope he turns up really soon.
