DETAILS - At around 0800 on 10/04/016, aggrieved was walking their two dogs near Broughton Down, a chocolate brown working springer spaniel and a red setter. The dogs ran off and aggrieved couldn’t locate them so went home as dogs have done this before but returned. At around 11:30, a witness called to say that she had located the red setter in a field and believed that she had seen a male in a van taking away a chocolate spaniel.
