DogLostLisa P - Regional Co-ordinator, Central
Sorry for the late reply, this girl isn't Noodles, Noodles was found a long way from home yesterday & is now safely home x
ClaireC
I am sure there will be. If after 28 days with the foster home she is in, the foster people would like to offer her a forever home.
digbysmum
Hope there's a happy ending for this poor girl xxx
ClaireC
Owner confirmed but not Flopsy. Thank you for thinking of her. X
ClaireC
Owner of missing Bella confirmed its not her.

I think this might be tessa, she went missing in nov wearing a red collar, her owner posted on buy sell langport, she's a labradoodle but is often mistaken for a lurcher as is smaller n scruffy looking blonde/honey color, sorry if barking up the wrong tree but thought it was worth a try,her owner is Ali Pember contact number left on face bk is 07989975460 or bob smith on 07966175569

Gina, i have alerted Flopsy owner, although I suspect not as this is a Labradoodle and Flopsy is a standard poodle. Always worth asking.Last edited: 2016-02-03 22:30:33 by ClaireC

Sadly a lot of dogs have been simply dumped for whatever reasons the owners decide!
gina c
If not Noodles or Bella, is it possible that it is a dog who has been lost for some time like Flopsy 28489? Can't believe that there isn't someone out there looking for this beautiful girl and missing her.Last edited: 2016-02-03 21:57:46 by gina c

No response from owner of Bella so guessing not her!
ClaireC
I have alerted Bella's owner to this found one.

I have phoned the Riverside Centre who are also the Dog Warden for the Sutton area. They have confirmed that all the paperwork has been completed. I have asked that the manager who is not there today can confirm on this page that a found report has also been lodged with Battersea Dogs Home just in case the owner has made enquiries to yhem. This dog apparently has some distinguishing features that only the owner will know and will also be a way of proof of ownership as an addition. There is no chip present. I hope this info will help those who are expressing concerns.

Just in process of trying to find out a little more ie dog warden. Will update again
menaviana
is ILLEGAL dog not be reported to dog warden!
Unknown
If owner is looking for this one their first port of call would be the dog warden. If the warden does not know about the dog and whereabouts they may not get the dog back. Not everyone is on social media and the Internet. Can someone confirm if dw has been informed?
Bo
Great to hear the update - well done - as an aside had the same thing happen with a dog I found on Formby beach a few years ago - the dog was chipped but owner said he'd sold the dog a year before - with the agreement of the DW she was rehomed after her 7 days to people I knew . Good to see a bit of flexibility. Last edited: 2016-02-01 16:53:46 by Bo

UPDATE POSTED BY FINDER : Reacheal Perry-Wiggins Yayyy just had a phone call and now we can go get her today they agreed she could stay in her new foster home that will become her forever home providing she has not been claimed the best part about it means that if she has been lost or stolen she now becomes available to be viewed by any potential matching cases for 28 days rather than rehomed in 7days I so prefer this way give people more time that could be her real owner picking her up later pictures will follow 💕 Happy Dayz xxx

Respectfully suggest that the local Dog Warden takes over and he/she can decide if the dog goes to them or is allocated a foster home in the interim whilst allowing an owner to come forward. Speak to the warden
Bo
As Gilly says - the wildlife centre has no legal right to send this dog to rescue. The finder can request the DW allows her to have the dog after she has served her 7 days in council control. The finder could request to keep the dog for a month but legally the dog would never technically be hers. I realise the foster isn't the finder so that may be an issue -
Unknown
Hi Jean not sure if this little one has been reported to the dog warden as it's a legal requirement to do so. Unfortunately the dog would have to do 7 days with the warden then sent for rehoming if owner does not come forward. Last edited: 2016-02-01 15:02:33

JUST SEEN THIS POST FROM THE FINDER ON FB,,,,CAN ANYONE HELP!!!! Reacheal Perry-Wiggins Sadly we are having a battle getting her into our foster apparently she is to be signed over to some charity don't know who they are. This has been agreed with the wildlife centre manager even knowing that we have a perfect foster home that will be then become her forever home with a close family friend where my family the finders will always be in touch with this home was already lined up for her and the wildlife centre agreed we could take her anytime prior to these new findings. She would have a wonderful forever home in Kent with a lovely family living in a beautiful country home with a 160ft secure back garden we are sending the vet details for the new carer plus address etc in case anyone does think it's there dog. So at that moment we have anxious caring people that love her not knowing if we will ever see her beautiful face again. Fingers crossed we can resolve this and get her in a beautiful home either temporary whilst she is still active but potentially this would be her permanent home. If the charity is on here can you please message me so we can discuss this Thank you x

I think that Noodles has a darker coat, although the faces do look very similar. What about Bella, id 91716? She has been missing for several months now and could be this matted. She is very similar colouring too. I do so hope that we can find the owner of this beautiful dog. She does look so sad. xx
gina c
She does look like Noodles! Hopefully, this girl can be scanned and the microchip will confirm.
Newton Viena
Is this Noodles? Reg'd as lost on the pink page. Noodles is a standard poodle and not a labradoodle but it does look like the same dog .This dog is wearing a red collar...Noodles was also wearing a red collar.. Commenting again as it would appear this dog accidentally entered twice and my comments were on the now deleted post.Last edited: 2016-01-30 23:38:41 by Newton Viena
