glad to hear Maddie is home now. can i just point out that no call was received direct to the council on Friday otherwise i would have contacted you. Maddie was with a vet all morning on friday in case someone called in and with me all afternoon, taking her to the kennels last thing on friday. if you left your details at the kennels and it was not passed to me then i apologise. this is why it is much better to ring your local authority direct and all calls are logged on the system. Please get Maddies chip details updated to her current address and phone numbers. stay at home now Maddie it is not safe on the A 127!!

Maddies owner is aware the council have her. They contacted the dog pound on Friday and left their details but were told Maddie was not with them.

Thank you for your comments. I have posted this on behalf of my parents. The dog warden was of course their first port of call and on Friday evening they advised they did not have Maddie and contact numbers were left with them. They have not made any contact with my parents. She is being picked up now, thank god! Thank you all
