The kennels are open Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00. We are closed on Sunday and Monday (EXCEPT FOR RECLAIMS BETWEEN 9am & 11am).
Dogs can be viewed Tuesday to Saturday 11:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30. There are no viewing arrangements on Sunday or Monday.

Lost your dog? If you have lost your dog and it appears on this page you should contact the Kennel by phone on 0151 556 1220 or email us quoting the Reference. Kennels are open Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 – 13:00, 14:00 – 17:00. Dogs can be viewed between 11:30 – 13:00, and 14:00 – 16:30 Tuesday to Saturday. (Sunday & Monday: although the kennels are closed to the general public dogs can be reclaimed between 9.00am – 11.00am)

Want to adopt a dog? If the dog is not claimed within 7 days a new home will be found. If you would like to register your interest in adopting a dog, please call into the kennels and fill in an application questionnaire for consideration, as and when the dog becomes available for re-homing.

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
