- Pointing owner to the one taken in by the RSPCA after being found tied to a tree in Northwich Cheshire. Contact number on the ITV news report I read is 0300 123 8018. (RSPCA Inspector Nadine Pengilly) Warren type in Granada ITV News as a google search then search on that site 'RSPCA' ... the found lurcher called Bow will be about the second article down the page at this current time.
