Collie Cross dog found in GU today? on found board but poss wrong col But I noticed it as I remember reading a few nights back of one lost some time ago, can't remember area, but it had WHITE TIPS TO ITS PAWS like the found dog

Picked up a collie today that matches the description, have a look on found pages. Found in Aldershot, which is just across the river. Do we have anymore info on this one?

They are both found mid and north of England but will ask owner if they have checked our found pages for last year to see if any matching. Its going to be tough with no id and no microchip and the time lapse, but we have seen stranger things happen on here leading to happy reunions. Sue x

Description says spring 2006 is this a misprint? Also please amend to read GuilDford. Lots of stables in that area - too far away for me to get to unfortunately but might be worth postering. Blackheath very close and popular with walkers and riders.

Thanks Pete have just emailed you the other local missing and attached Jake without photo. Please poster for Pickle SBT too peeps, same area. Owners should also visit Treetops kennel with photo to check. So many similar will be taken in. Could be registered as different type to collie x. Sue x

@ Jakes owners- Please ensure you notify your local and surrounding Borough Council Dog Wardens- thats Guildford 01483-444765, Waverley o1483-523324 and maybe even Mole Valley 01306-885001. Pictures on this site VERY handy too!! Also contact Treetops kennels (private contractor for Guildford and Waverly) on 01483-572588. best of luck to you. Keep us all posted please! If he was taken from ShAlford, did you report it as theft to Surrey Police- if not and you are sure it was a theft- report as so on 0845-125 22 22. Jake's owner can be contacted on 01483 573511. Awaiting photo. We believe this dog was taken and dumped outside the area as there had been complaints made to the council over the dog barking.
