- Where Found Toby was found at Charnwood Water in some very dense bush in a man mad animal trap. He is absolutely fine - thank god! Our super super neighbour took the camping stove and some bacon up there this mor

- Other Info Toby is wearing a blue collar with his owner's details on it. We think he chased a cat down onto the Great Central Railway line which runs from Loughborough to Quorn, Swithland, Rothley to Birstall in Leicestershire.

- Yes he has! Oh we are so so happy, as you can imagine. He was found in a man- made, plastic lined animal trap in some very dense bush quite near to where we was lost. Our super neighbour took the camping stove and bacon up there this morning and Toby started barking when he smelt the bacon! I will be contacting the RSPCA and the council as there were several holes in these bushes, along with clothing and syringes. Very worrying - but the police are not interested. thank you to everyone who shared the post.

- Possible sightings Saturday and Sunday. I have advised on scenting. A lot of publicity has been done locally. The railway line mentioned is a steam railway, used infrequently, max speed 25. All drivers are aware.

Sightings have been reported of a black dog chasing sheep on Whatoff Lodge Farm in Quorn on both Saturday and Sunday. The railway runs through Quorn so we are really really hopeful. We have friends up there at the moment searching. - 2015-12-07 20:30 digbysmum
