He is still missing. Unfortunately I have given up a lot of hope for finding my fur baby. I hope whoever has him keeps him warm, a full belly and lots of love ♥️ I miss you always x

Tried but they didn't do anything

Someone knows where this baby is and if found and not reported to DW its theft by finding. Can you get something in local paper x
Pandurh
Yeah he has his own page and I know :( it's really upsetting that someone could have done this and not reported him found. Nobody would have left the gate open and the police knew that but still wasn't enough evidence. I just hope he's somewhere warm and being cared for x
Rose
Has Codi got his own fb page as this will be seen by many more people. I cannot understand why the police say not enough evidence to put down as stolen unless they think someone from the house left the gate open by mistake. He went missing over a month ago and no sightings so someone must have taken him and he could be anywhere by now. x
Rose
Someone must know where this beauty is. Note to finder..can be done for 'theft by finding' if not reported to DW. x
Pandurh
Nothing yet x

Dont think hes been made TOO HOT TO HANDLE. Can u get something in the press or on radio. Does he take a regular walk in same area as might be worth checking that area especially if woody. If he wasnt wearing a collar its possible he managed to get away from person who may have taken him. Someone could possibly be holding onto him until they felt it was safe to sell him on. Sometimes these scumbags take them out of the County. I so hope u find him very soon he looks adorable. Good luck x
Pandurh
Thank you so much! And yeah here's to get my little man back home !!! :) x

Got the social media there, pretty much every lost and found dog post I've searched for either already had him there or added myself. It literally feels as if he has disappeared off the face of the earth :(

You need to get the social media going, post to lostbox, red alert, harveys army, home safe uk, get Murphy home Facebook pages, and as many local FB pages as you can find.
Pandurh
Contacted the police, basically said there's not enough evidence so went down as missing. I know my dog better than anyone so I know he couldn't have gotten out on his own. No sightings as of yet which is making me believe more so that he's been taken. Surely someone must know where he is
Rose
Have u contacted police and got a crime reference number. If gate was shut he couldnt have opened it could he? I have a bolt on my gate half way down so if anybody attempted to get in the garden they'd need to jump up and reach very low and I would hear the noise. Have u had any sightings? x
Pandurh
Thank you and he was in the garden just doing his normal business, we leave him be as he's really shy and won't do it around people. The gate was shut and when I went to go check on him, the gate were slightly open and he was gone. Was around 11pm at night and searched but no trace
Rose

Sorry to see that CODI is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (95452)

  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
