- Where Found Had a tip off a lady he was wandering Crockett park. Went straight there and there he was!

- Other Info Flash is wearing two collars. Main one is black and blue cloth with his name and my phone number sewn into it. My address is also printed on the clip of the collar. His other collar is silver reflective material with diamanté dog bones on it.
