- Eventually the person who originally posted was traced and said that the dog had been reunited to his owner who lives on a farm. It would be a good idea if the owner at least put a tag on the dog's collar. Many thanks to those who helped trace the poster as I am a luddite regarding facebook ( and proud to remain so!)Sandra

- I am still trying to trace the person who posted on f/b that she had found this dog. It transpires that she did not take him to the vets. He was picked up in Crowthorne main street, not the woods. He was wearing a collar but no tag. I am hoping that we have heard no more because the finder has reunited the dog with his owner. I have been sent the photo of him which was posted on f/b but have no idea how to get it on this page. Many Bernese owners are helping to try to trace the finder or the owner. So far we have not been successful. Sandra BMDCGB rescue coordinator.
