So,pleased,to get the text from Ian to give me this fantastic news. The full story will not appear on here as we all know that not all dog lovers read these pages and knowing where Tiga tracked to, it would not be a wise move. So much was done behind the scenes by a number of people and so glad that it all worked out for Bonnie.
I might also add that no reward was paid or was needed. Last edited: 2015-10-23 17:10:10 by Jenny & Tiga k9tracker

From Bonnie's facebook page:

Dear every one who has helped and supported us, we are pleased to announce that our beagle Bonnie has been found and brought home.

As my father went to drive out of Irchester park late yesterday afternoon a very skinny Bonnie jumped up at the car window. He had just completed his daily search of the park visiting the smelly t-shirt and water he left out for Bonnie.

We took Bonnie to the vet who has commented that the sores and loss of hair on Bonnie's Elbows together with the damage to her nails are indicative that she has been kept on a concrete or hard surface. She is however otherwise unharmed and we are grateful for this. Bonnie is very thin having lost about 4.5Kg being about a third of her body weight. We are confident with her being a beagle we can fatten her up.

We do not know if she escaped or was set free. we are just very relieved and happy to have her home.

We would like to thank everyone for all the help and support we have had. Some very kind people have kept us maintain hope and keep looking.

We now have a lot of posters to take down!!

Thank you all again, our family is back together. xx

Is there any news/sightings?

Tiga tracked Bonnie on Wednesday and after a loop around Wellingborough returned to the park where the scent went cold. Did anyone see a beagle being picked up on Sunday in Irchester Park. She is microchipped, tagged and spayed. Bonnie is also epileptic and will soon start fitting if she does not receive her medication.
