- fab news but I wish she was wearing an id tag. I bet she had gone looking for her owners. dogs have such an unbelievable tie with their owners.I am extremely happy to be wrong as I had assumed she was abandoned!

- She wasn't microchipped, my husband took her to the local vet & they knew who she belonged to. Apparently her owner is away and her son is taking care of her and she escaped x

- kate will txt you my number but cfm my phone call today if you need to find this little old blind dog a home ring me. hope your mum decides to adopt her as I do already have 5 dogs, the last one due to doglost...... thankyou and your lovely husband for rescuing her from the middle of the road. as she is blind old with no tag, and I expect no chip, I will assume some monster has lost/abandoned her - but I do hope I am wrong. I shall watch this space everyday

- Bless her, you would think this dog is probably quite local. Perhaps door knocking might work if not done already? I have shared the post. x
