Hi this dog had short legs and was quite rotund (over weight) dont think it was Dawson sorry.
I will keep a look out for your two, have you contacted wethersfield rspca ?

Could it have been Dawson 90905- went missing 17th August so a long way back on the list. Have had poss sightings of him and Otto 90906 in your area. I know you said the other dog you reported was not Otto.
