Thanks to everyone for their help in finding Teddy. He has lost weight and the vet said he was slightly dehydrated and had a skin infection - thought to have got from running through the fields which have just been harvested and getting scratched. His on meds for it so he should be fine very soon. He's eating and drinking sleeping and barking just Teddy again safe and sound xx

So very pleased to report that Teddy has been found !!
Well done to the lady who found him in her garden in Thornhill near Dewsbury !! He apparently seems to be ok apart from a skin infection but has been taken to a vet who has prescribed some meds and Teddy was also microchipped. Welcome home Teddy and please stay safe from now on x

Teddys owner has just been contacted about another sighting of him on Friday night and going there to search
Owners text as follows ...
'Hi we have had another mention of a sighting same day friday night around 11 45 to midnight a lady said her mum who lives on Hardcastle lane saw him running in the fields towards New Hall and Coxley Woods could you update his information page please'

There was a SIGHTING of Teddy on the night he went missing ( Friday) by a lady who saw him running along HARDCASTLE LANE towards OVERTON at around 11pm . He was also sighted by a man at around the same time who said he was hit by a car but appeared not to be injured and ran into fields . Teddys owners have been to this area and searched but no sign of him

Teddy vanished from his garden at around 10 pm yesterday and it is thought someone may have opened the garden gate . His owners went out last night and again today searching for him. They have reported him missing to the dog warden and police and are checking with the holding kennels . Have advised them to put posters up as someone may have taken him in .
Hoping Teddy is home again very soon
