Good news, I found Finn at 03:30 this morning. After a relentless night searching I decided to leave his blanket at the farm gate where we park our car, it was midnight by this time so I decided to get a few hours sleep, which wasn't happening, so I decided to take a drive to the place where we lost him, and there he was, sitting on his blanket, he was covered in mud, smelling like a dung heap, and freezing cold. Hot bath followed, dinner, now he's fast asleep, and I'm zonked. Thank you.
