Have advised owner to make sure he has an ID Tag on 24/7 with as many contact numbers on as poss, also put on he is CHIPPED and has EPILEPSY.

PIP was FOUND on Dinas, Caernarfon roundabout dodging traffic and taken to FINDERS home in Heswall, LIVERPOOL. He was well looked after.

Have just seen an update PIP was FOUND in LIVERPOOL!!!!
