Have just seen a trail hound on Cottage in the Wood car park in Whinlatter. Was unable to get a good look as had gone by the time car was stopped. Not sure if Zac but wanted you to know just in case xx

Has there been any news at all?

We've had a few trail hounds in the past and always a difficult task. Helper SallyAnn worked long and hard on at least one and I think she was from the Trail Hound Association. She was in the north west, so may be worth a shout.

Still no news on my baby boy, just been updating his description- his hair will have grown back by now, he is extremely hairy when not clipped (usually looks fluffy around ears) he has an extremely long coat for a hound. He is also quite a large hound. Please help me get him back home my two children are heartbroken 😢. Please share xx

Sorry to see that ZAC is missing.

  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (89397)

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
