Liam is missing not from North East but from Hermon near Crymych in Wales. Obviously another thing which was interfered with by the hacker. Because all posters were removed, even those put up by permission in the nearest shop, we think that someone picked this handsome boy up and kept him. I will give Liam's mum a call and obtain her postcode.

I am keeping an eye out for any Red Setters around the Haverfordwest area and if seen will phone Liam's ownerLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

There was a Red Setter advertised in the free ads today, same age, etc as Liam, so contacted liams owner, and made an appointment to go and look at the dog, that was for sale for ?50.00. Anyway it wasnt Liam, but Caroline now has a new edition to her family, his name is Scooby, and is going to be changed to Toby, she is very excited, and he seems to of fitted in perfectly, so Liam will have a new friend when he comes home. Unfortunately the information we have been working on with regards to liam has not led to his return, the police have been to a property where we believed liam was being kept, but it was not him, so we are back on the hunt full forceLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks so much BC,pleased to hear that, it would be so nice if it led to the recovery of more stolen dogs and relieved more suffering to all the animals. I am praying that Liam comes home soon to his familyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owl and I have been out looking for Liam today with liams owners, we were using the help of a physic friend of owls, she said she could see liam near a man made culvert, with a wall to the side, we were in thick parkland, but we did find a culvert which matched the description given by the physic, near the culvert, was a sheep carcass, which looked as though it had been dead a long time, and amongst all the sheep poo, we did find fresh dog poo!!, but unfortunately no sighting of liam, we must of walked miles, we were out for about six hours in all, really hope we find him soon, especially with all this snow heading our way. When i left owl the weather was fine, i went about half a mile up the road and it was blizzard conditions, i couldnt believe it. Come home soon xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am so sorry it was not Liam, what a disappointment. That farm sounds suspicious, I hope it can be investigated further! I hate to think about dogs locked in cages, particularly when bad weather is predicted for the next few days. Come home Liam quicklyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just had a call from liam's owner, and apparently the red setter that has been seen in the area wandering, was not liam, but a dog belonging to a local farm. So back to square one.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner is out there searching now, but mobile signals are very poor in that area. So if you can help, keep trying, or text, or try at home later. Local warden kennels (Waunbricks) and various other people in immediate area are being notified by a helper (thanks Lesley at Trallwm Farm rescue). I have advised owner on laying scent trail now that we are moving in on him.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have spoken to the Pembrokeshire national park today, so the wardens are on the look out for liam there, but they are not back in that area until next week, have also contacted riding schools who ride in the park, and they will notify me if there are any sightings of Liam, thought we might get a search party up together possibly the weekend, if anyone can help please pm me thanks kathyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

As soon as admin put a picture on the site posters need to be put up in the area a.s.a.p. lamposts, entrances to parks, vets, petshops, ask postie, milkmen, binmen (even put poster on bins), schools, deliver to houses etc. Handout smaller posters to people, especially dog walkers. Put A4 poster in car windows. Check Police station and Dog Warden. RSPCA and rescue centres need checking regularly and preferably visited in person, by owner or someone who knows Liam. xx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
