After discussion with dog warden it is her opinion that pups were not at found location. She returned with dog and searched for a number of hours,but saw or heard nothing. The 'found' dog was not interested in looking for pups and did not seem distressed. DW believes she has been away from pups for a while. Dog herself is young,in good condition,and other than dirty seems well cared for. She was found on border of Brentwood/Epping. If you have contacts that way please share there could be a frantic owner somewhere.

If this dog was taken back to where she was found on a long lead
Would it not be possible she could find her pups herself
That would seem better than hoping they will be found

Have put this on local streetlife site and on my facebook page, will be back home 10.30 tonight if any help wanted, very doubtful about pups if they been in forest on own for 2 days now as she was found on the 8th in forest, fingers crossed for them, will be available to search all weekend

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
