I am so, so pleased to have received this news. Well done everyone who helped to search for Perdie, especially owner Veronica who searched relentlessly.....hope Perdie's painful eyes heal quickly and I am sure she will put weight back on once she's caught up with all her missed meals whilst being stuck....healing hugs for Perdie....made my day xx

Still no sightings of Perdie. My other dogs and I have combed the Long Down and surrounding areas many times. We whistle and call for her as well as just leaving smells for her to recognise. The dogs push through the bracken and brambles (they are much bigger than she is) and don't get stuck, so this seems less likely for her. We have tried listening devices at the badger setts. She is used to badger setts and rabbit holes as we have both at home. She sniffs at them but has never gone down one. We are now at a bit of a loss as to what to do next, but we will keep going out and trying to find her. Please keep hoping and helping, and huge thanks to all those who have been out looking for her too.

Walked Cam peak and over to Long down staying on the lower path ....being rough coat could she be stuck in the dense bracken? Also bumped into many dog walkers, runners and cyclist who will all look out for her. Checked the water pond by the carpark. Young lads uncle owns the fields around Long Down and he will alert him to watch out for Perdie. Lots of Cam locals use the area to walk and play so suggest more postering in Cam and up to the carpark if anyone able to help x

Wonder if this is an ideal situation to use a K9 tracker dog as she can't have gone too far but maybe stuck along one of the serveral paths?

owner is working tirelessly to find perdie, but no sign of her at all... will be sending details of a listening device to check badger sets etc

this little one was lost on a walk she was running around after a scent and disappeared, she has not been walked in this area before. owner is postering today, and has been out searching for hours but no sign, perdie has dry eye and will need her medication otherwise her eyes will close up...
