We're all so chuffed around here that he has gone back to his Mum. So many neighbours had been looking out for him, feeding him, when possible, and steering him away from the very busy roads.
Particular thanks go to Sue, who took the initial photo,' so I could put it on DogLost, and for having steak available. Thanks to another Sue for the reunited photo'.
Many husbands are very grateful. A bunch of women were tempted rehome him. Thanks again to DogLost. Great result.

OMG I am over the moon!!!!! I can't thank everyone involved enough, I am so sorry he has caused sooo much trouble!!!! I have no idea how on earth he could of ended up soooo far from home!!!!!! Bambi is soooo happy to be home ran straight in and picked his favourite toy up a squeaky bone and was running round the house like nothing had happened😂 He's had his tea a nice bubble bath and is now wrapped up in his blanket in my arms fast asleep. Bambi has separation issues with me which I will be looking into to fix and help him cope a bit better,he's a little sweetie and means no harm to anyone he is scared of strangers,wind,fireworks pretty much everything to be honest.i don't know how he survived but thank u soooo much to everybody who has helped.security at my place will be beefed up,I am not a very good dog groomer he has been to numerous groomers and bitten them all coz he's so scared.hes a mummy's boy God love him thank u once again I didn't get your names but you know who you are and I will never forget what you did ❤️ I will be making a donation to dogs lost on pay day brilliant site will be recommended highly xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm delighted to report that this little boy has been reunited. I had a very emotional call from Tracey who told me he was her missing dog Bambi (ID 88932).
She rushed down to try to find him at a neighbour's farm (they had been feeding him). I followed down the lane with another neighbour who had brought some of her fillet steak dinner, just in case.
I couldn't believe it when we saw him in a gateway, halfway to the farm. He was fed bits of steak while I sped off to tell his mum.
They were so thrilled to be reunited.I had no qualms about her being the rightful owner.
He's a Chihuahua/Shih Tzu cross. He has a very bad hair cut because he only lets Tracey groom him.
We're amazed that he was found about 8 miles from home and survived several very busy roads.
So, that's a whole bunch of women who'll be getting a better sleep tonight.
Hurray for DogLost. We couldn't have done it without you.

He could be a Lhasa or any kind of cross. Hard to tell with that haircut. Many neighbours have seen him. He seems to be staying in a relatively small area. We guess he's been dumped. Will obviously get him checked for a chip and inform dog warden if/when we catch him.
We don't want him to go to the dog wardens and we can get him a good home or rehome him through a good rescue centre if we don't find his owner.
