Caught up with this news on Facebook .....fabulous news and huge relief for Penny and her new owners. My bro has a rescue dog from Cyprus ....they are such loyal, loving dogs and she turns 18 soon, so happy long life Penny xxx

I have had the great news that PENNY has been REUNITED and has been to the vets for a check up.

I know this breed well, Bruno de Jura, (quite common in Switzerland where I lived for many years). Good hunters, shy dogs, could be enticed by another dog possibly. When picked up could be mistaken for a Daschund or Bassett cross or another type of hunting dog.

Penny is microchipped and is wearing a collar with a tag on. She is a Jura Hound from cyprus and has only been in the area for a couple of days. Sightings earlier on today but none this evening.
