there was a grey Shih tzu found and taken to Cramlington Vets, think that may be in Northumberland. Came up on my news feed

Thanks Owl. I live in DN15 but know the area very well and will keep looking when out and about.
DogLostOwl
The dog in Broughton was a Harry lookalike. He has been reunited with his people. Harry is still missing. Please continue to keep eyes peeled. Small dog in very rural area with lush vegetation along thick hedgerows, not easy to spot.
DogLostOwl
Yes Badger, all local rescues are aware.
Badger
Has owner made Jerry Green Dog Rescue at Broughton (01652 653343) aware of Harry. If the dog sighted in the village is Harry, there is easy access for him through the woods and the barking of dogs may entice him to make his way there. Also Sangreat Kennels (01652 652453) is another place to make aware as it is used by the council dog warden. Although Harry is microchipped and should be checked if found, we know this doesn't always happen or they can be missed.

Have seen HARRY's details being shared on fb with more pics and have updated his DogLost page and also done a group photo (you may need to refresh the page to view them).

Rooting for little HARRY to be back home soon. x

It might be worth looking down the tracks just in case but hopefully hes staying local ito the village. I've been looking and keeping an eye out for him. If you arrange another search let me know. I'll come over and help x
Carli
I know where you mean now - sorry I wasn't sure which bit you meant. It was on the single track road towards the chicken farm - the tracker dog lost scent on the main road but it looked as if he wanted to continue into the village rather than towards Brigg... x
mzdal
Hi Carli its as you head towards Brigg from Hibaldstow. Its just further up from the paintballing place. You have to go over the crossin. Its got electronic barriers. Its very open round there. Was Harry heading back towards Hibaldstow when you lost him? Do you know where the tracker dog lost his scent? x
Unknown
It passes under Martin lane and the b1297, to the west of the village
Carli
Hi Mzdal - where is the railway line? I didn't think there was one close by? I could be wrong though...
mzdal
Has anyone been down near the railway line? Awful thought I know but the railway line is not fenced off :(
Unknown
If you haven't already go back to where you last saw him and leave some of his bedding/ dirty clothing..and possibly some food

Have advised owner, and will be going to help tomorrow. This is a very rural area. Harry is shih tzu x border terrier so he is not very big and may be hard to spot. Everyone in area including horse riders will be looking out for him.
DogLostOwl
Have left a message on your mobile, Carli. I am happy to come and help search tomorrow if you have not found Harry by then.

Carli, is there a Facebook page setup yet? I've shared to Harvey's army but it would be worth setting a page up. Add me on Facebook (mark Bodie) if you need some help. I'm in brigg so could help search.
Carli
Thanks a lot Sharon. The longer it goes the more my heart breaks. I've put posters up, put his picture on Facebook and been shouting him all night and day along with my mum...x
