- Worth checking Celia Hammonds Animal Trust and giving them a call, as they are in Canning Town (not far from e13) and someone may have tried to hand her in there, although not a dog rescue etc, members of the public don't always know that. The rescue would probably call the Newham dog wardens etc etc. Worth a shot and also so they can keep a look out for you
