could this dog moved to another park nearby
Maybe Victoria park and there is another one between the two.
This dog is probably staying around the Mile end park.
Most dogs that find a park stay around and hide from people.
Hope he/she gets caught safely

Please could some one start a feeding station for this poor boy? He is so very thin - alternatively, please could you contact German Shepherd S.E who should be able to help.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
