Maybe a long shot, but have just seen a post on #Find UK Dogs-Posters, a female lab, looks very similar to Mara. Found further north, the Mansfield Dog Warden has her. she looks very well and healthy. Fingers crossed x

HAS MY MARA BEEN SNATCHED FOR DOG FIGHTING.

Mystery surrounds the whereabouts of a yellow Labrador which went missing on a walk in Petersfield two weeks ago.
Owner Sarah G believes her beloved Mara may have been taken by thieves and possibly for fighting.
She was out with Mara and her four-month-old puppy Gem, at 4.30 on the 21st Jan. in the Tankerdale Lane area, when the retriever went off exploring.
That was the last I saw of her. She just vanished. and now Gem is really missing her.
Pedigree Mara who is micro-chipped but not spayed, had run off before but had always returned.
Sarah now fears she has been captured, with Hampshire being a hotspot for dog theft. Dogs are being taken for fighting or bait.
It is so worrying not knowing where she is. Mara has mottled light and dark colouring and she had a green collar on.

Still no sightings, Police aware but cannot do anything unless proved she has been taken - Dog Wardens in surrounding Counties being informed. Being published in Petersfield Post tomorrow - that Mara is missing. Stay safe Mara until we find you.

Last seen near Petersfield Golf course which is Between Liss and Petersfield, Off the A3 - Tankerdale Lane. It is now 2 days she has been lost, she could have travelled quite a distance -
