So pleased he is home but my dog probably isn't, as he has missed out on a forest dog walk this afternoon! Lol Oh well he's already had an hour down the river.

Huge thanks to DogLost and everyone who offered support and help over the last four days. When handed in to Dorset and Somerset Animal Rescue the woman said her mother had died and gave an incorrect telephone number. "Economic with the truth". Albert is now very tired but I'm sure will recover soon.Thank you again to everyone who helped in the return of this lovely old dog.

Thanks to Scott Mitchell who has retweeted this. I've emailed local dog walkers. Any updates/sightings yet?

Info from a friend who is a NF resident.... " Thorney Hill isn't far from Burley. Dogs have gone 'missing' from Burley locations before and been found there. I don't like to cast aspersions but I know of one lurcher for sure that was found there after being taken in a van from Burbush car park.

Maybe worth checking out
