Is there any news on this lovely girl please.
Becks
I saw a dog running around Rush Green Dagenham on the 16-01-15 that looked exactly like this one, it was heading towards the civic centre which is in the right direction to where this one ended up. By the time I parked up I couldn't see it anymore. Maybe it's from the dagenham area. I'm glad this girl is safe and hope she's gets home.Last edited: 2015-01-29 16:24:45 by Becks

Claire Weston Turville Please note: the contact number you have stated as RSPCA Waltham Abbey is actually Hillside kennels, Waltham Abbey. The local RSPCA Essex South West branch (which does cover Waltham Abbey) are no longer involved with Hillside Kennels.

The contact numbers for RSPCA Essex South West branch are as follows:
07944 234360 or 07729 625656

Many thanks x
Amanda
Its a long shot I know, but a female has been missing from Ireland since Nov'14. https://www.facebook.com/dogstrustlostandfound/photos/a.1405526846374065.1073741827.1400712660188817/1548259448767470/?type=1&theater

I have just seen a shared post from "mutts in distress" I thought SDK were the collection agency for Redbridge council !!!!!
ClaireC
I would imagine she would have gone by Epping Forest Dog Warden. If anybody has lost this dog then they could phone the DW service first thro the Council on 01992 564077. or Redbridge DW on 0208 7085544 / 7085221 Two other numbers just in case rspca Waltham Abbey 01992892881 or South East Animal Trust Rayleigh Essex 01702552951. Re the DW you may have to leave your name and contact details as she is hard to get to first off but does usually phone you back. Last edited: 2015-01-19 19:05:22 by ClaireC

Does Admin know where this girl is now as all the contact number knew last night, was that she had been collected by the council - is there another number for anyone who might have lost her, to contact.

Thank you anifox - I have been owned by shelties for 50 yrs - but also love the rough collies, I hope that this girl can find the person she loves - if she does not it will not be for the lack of me trying to spread the word.
ClaireC
Have advised admin that this is a Rough Collie rather than a Sheltie. Thank you.
anifox
I breed and show rough collies and this really looks like a sable and white rough collie not a sheltie. The size of the rough collie has changed somewhat over the years and people often mistake female bitch rough collies as shelties. Perhaps admin could alert rough and smooth collie rescue regarding this girl?
sheltielover
I have spoken to the contact number and the person I spoke to said it has been collected by the Council - who thought it was a small Rough Collie.
sheltielover
Can anyone confirm the height of this girl, as a well known Rough Collie breeder believes she may be a small rough collie.

Beautiful girl. Hope she has an owner looking for her. xx
