Oh that would be lovely if she keeps them! The less they get messed around the better, they've already been through enough losing their owner. Yes, small children can sometimes not be ideal with older animals, but mine are well trained in how to behave around dogs and cats. I'm so relieved they've been saved and are being cared for. Look at their lovely little faces! Please send all our thanks to the fosterer xLast edited: 2015-01-15 13:02:07 by Julie27

Thanks again an amazing responce, the lady fostering is thinking of keeping we have had offers of foster homes and two offers of permanent homes so looking good. There is acat at the foster home and seem fine but not sure about children. Thanks again Julie27 xxx
Julie27
Ok, I've phoned the vets, Cindy and Bonnie are currently with a foster carer, preferably they would like a local re homing, but obviously depends if anyone steps forward. I've left my details. If anyone is local to Manchester, they are currently living with 2 other dogs, so fine with that, unsure about how familiar they are with cats/ young children. At least they're with a foster carer for now, phew!!

Message sent in to admin.
What about www.oldies.org, they specialise in older dogs needing rehome/Foster.

Lablover
You could also try the Cinnamon Trust, they are a charity that deal with cases like this and may have families waiting for dogs. They find homes when owners die or are no longer able to care for their pets.
sophiesuds
Maybe contact oldies club sure they will try to help them.
ClaireC
What about The Dog's Trust? Also making some enquiries elsewhere on these 2 for a poss rehome. Will update as soon as poss or person I have directed to this page may phone direct. Last edited: 2015-01-14 19:46:11 by ClaireC
