- Update from owner on ringing to check Scooby was back....Scooby was actually found in January but owner forgot to tell us...just as well as if he was not on our system we would not have been able to give the vets contact details...and they would have either not seen their dog again...or have a hefty fine from the council for a weekend stay...I do wish owners would update us...but do understand they cannot remember who they called....

- A local vets just rang us as Scooby was brought into them and chip details out of date...luckily owner had registered chip with us so were able to give them up to date details.
