- If he had been micro chipped the owner would have been notified, we don't know the circumstances or how injured he was so why are people blaming the RSPCA. They can only give first aid treatment or pts until the owner has been found. It is always easy to put the blame somewhere before anyone knows what has happened. Run free at the Bridge Billie.
