I have heard back from Sally's owner and sadly the found dog is not Sally.

Could this be Sally id 74854? I tried phoning both parties without answer but left a (rather garbled) message on Sally's owners mobile. Westend kennels shut at 4pm so couldn't find out if male or female.

Looks like a Lurcher not a saluki to me. Pos a deerhound x if quite tall? Would really help to know if male or female?

I think this is molly lost dog number 67517 the picture of this dog has come up on cats and dogs lost in wigan and surrounding areas please please check it out x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
