Missing 2 years. Can Holly be bumped?
HUGE REWARD Holly went missing two years ago this week. I continue the search for her and remain hopeful of finding her. Please share her poster far and wide among all your groups, not just animal groups, so that someone recognises her as the dog next door. She is a dark, dappled, miniature sausage dog, seven years old now.

Message from owner.
I'm afraid Holly is still missing. I'm still hopeful of finding her and the best chance is that she'll be taken to a vet and scanned. Fingers crossed.

Eimear I saw your comments on Bobo's page. Have you emailed admin at Doglost and asked to be put in touch with the Police Co-ordinator? It might be they could help you. I will share on twitter and so sorry that Holly is still missing.

Eimear put an ad in your local press, send a poster to all local vets, rescue centres and dog wardens. Contact the microchip company and flag Holly up as missing. Check all for sale ads on Gumtree and Preloved etc.Ask you local radio station to put out an appeal. Give flyers to local taxi firms and posties. Contact your nearest football ground and ask them to put out an appeal in the interval.Last edited: 2014-12-28 23:22:52 by AlisonH

No news on Holly. Looks like the sightings in Blackheath were of another lost sausage dog. So have returned the search to Deptford. Does anyone have intel on dog stealers in the Deptford area?

Sighted on Friday at 8.40am by the 3 double garages next to 101 Morden Road. Owner informed. Owner has heard Holly Barking briefly the last few nights along Morden Road so is doing a flier drop around the area asking people to check their gardens and sheds,

Have asked all members of the london daxies groups on FB to keep an eye out when out - hope she's home soon xx
Eimear
Holly has been seen three times now in the last three days on Morden Road, Blackheath. Lots of gardens and undergrowth to hole up in. Residents aware but please pass the word out to search gardens and hang on to her if found.

Sighted in Blackheath area. Please look out for her in Blackheath/Greenwich/Charlton area.

I (owner) got a call from someone yesterday who had her. Pretending to help but only wanted to know if she was puppy. Sick at heart when I realised. But she must have got away or he let her go because she was seen on Blackheath Park going into Morden Road this morning. I been all over, talking to everyone. Please keep looking in Blackheath area. She is near home. Please look out for her. Such a cold night for my little one.

I have checked with the owner and this post is the correct one. Have now deleted 79658.

Admin
Sorry to see that HOLLY is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (79683)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
