Hi - I think we had a phone call from someone ringing round the hunts yesterday. As far as I am aware - all hounds in the area from registered packs are accounted for. Looks more like it belongs to a private owner.

can you or anyone put good food out for this one?. under an old bit of carpet so crows etc do not pinch it,,usually hound type,s return as long as they are not overpowered, just let it see you put the food ie nice smelly cat food or better still nice roast chicken in white tissue paper throw it by the dog then let it see you run away.this will confuse it, but will take ALL the pressure out of the situation. hopefully the poor thing will be there in your garden in the morning. as mentioned before if it,s not put some grub under an old towel or carpet and this will be the start of a feeding pattern, to help someone to set a trap,, good luck and well done for bringing this dogs plight to people,s attention, this is the site that will help the animals.. remember just throw and retreat, dont even bother to talk to it..if it is a working foxhound it probably won,t know what kind words sound like...
