From a local contact: Dog warden has said one of the men who found her can look after her for 31 days and if no one claims her he can keep her, so we now know she is safe. The dog warden would be from Calderdale council if you need that information,

Yesterday was the first time she has been sighted. She was found this morning by the site workers who are carrying out construction work on the dam.
She has been taken to the local vets and is not chipped. I have seen this on a FB page and am not involved personally.

How long has this dog been seen in the area? Are they usually in the same location? would it be possible to set up a feeding station asap? This dog is so skinny.
