There's a stray looking dog been seen around East Ave, Hayes. Someone photographed it and posted it in Hillingdon Lost and Found on Facebook. I'm just guessing that it's a brindle staff.https://m.facebook.com/groups/496016257164519?view=permalink&id=601994553233355&ref=m_notif&notif_t=group_activity&actorid=1384181114
You may have to join group to see it but it looks quite young to me and quite possible that a stolen dog from MK could end up there.
allimac
I do so hope it turns out to be a happy ending all round! everything crossed!
Sarah67
I really hope this is Buster, as soon as I saw the pics I thought of your boy, good luck, if it is him he needs to be home with you as son as possible
Algernon TrustLisaP

can't see if there is a white patch on the chest, but brindle too. It says he is microchipped, but not able to trace owner. Could the person who stole him have chipped him?

They have confirmed not Buster, they were sent a selection of pics in addition to the 2 on poster, Busters owner saw Gumtree ad too xLast edited: 2014-12-26 17:18:06 by LisaP
#stoppettheft
pleeeez ask the 'lost' /'stolen/' Buster's owner to check the photos toooo - maybe they can be sent some more pics from the person on Gumtree - photos can very often appear to be completely different shadings/colour - the owner needs to be sent some better pics - with more 'angles' of his body & any markings
Algernon TrustLisaP
Finder has looked at Busters pics & doesnt think it is this Buster :( x
Algernon TrustLisaP
Thanks for link, owner is checking this out x

Has this dog theft been reported to the police? Have you got a crime number etc? Have you checked forest lodge kennels as some dogs from mk get taken there. Have you put posters up, especially at supermarkets and central mk as well as local shops.

Admin
Sorry to see that BUSTER is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (78165)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
